To help us assist you in the speedy repair of the lights we need:
- an exact address that is closest to the light,
- or the names of both streets at the intersection,
- or the map and pole number located on a silver disk (usually at eye level) on the pole itself,
- or the best combination is all three.
If there is no pole tag, it is possible that it is a private streetlight that PGE does not repair.
