Your Opportunity to Apply for Neighborhood Partnership Support is Here

Do you have ideas about how to make your neighborhood a cleaner, safer and more enjoyable place to live?  SE Salem Neighborhood Association (SESNA) and Highland area neighbors and community partners have been implementing their ideas through the Neighborhood Partnership (NP) Program since 1997 and 2001, respectively.   Now it’s your turn.  For the first time since this program began, anyone with an idea on how to improve their part of Salem is encouraged to apply for Neighborhood Partnership Support by getting together with other neighbors and/or community groups and filling out an application.

Applications are available at www.cityofsalem.net/neighbor or 555 Liberty Street, SE, Room 305 and due October 29.  They will scored based upon demonstrated neighborhood need, definable measurable goals for the NP and readiness of partners to work with the City in addressing the neighborhood area’s needs.   Please contact Brady Rogers, Neighborhood Enhancement Division Administrator, with your questions and comments at 503-588-6421 or jbrogers@cityofsalem.net
